This is a concrete home! It looks exactly like a stick built - or wood framed home on the outside but is much stronger and more energy efficient.

The walls in this home range from 11" thick on the main level to 14" thick in the lower walkout level. The window and door jambs are deeper but the products used to "finish" the interior and exterior are used in a lot of homes built today. We have found that the heating and cooling costs of this home are far less than we ever imagined. The benefits of concrete ICF are extraordinary. We would recommend it to anyone looking to build.
