ABOUT MARK AND HIS COMPANY....
Mark is a second generation builder with 30+ years of experience as a licensed general contractor. For the past 30 years, Mark and his brother partnered to build custom homes in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud areas. Through updated building code, continuing education, advanced technologies in home building standards and a close working relationship with his subcontractors, Mark has maintained an upstanding reputation for building quality custom homes. Many of his past clients are also repeat customers. A fact that Mark is very proud of.
Along with his extensive background in the building industry, Mark has also been in the real estate field as well for almost as long. He is the Broker of Merit Realty, a family owned real estate company based out of Rogers, MN. Access to the Multiple Listing Services over the years has proven very beneficial for Mark and his clients in that not only can he counsel them in their building needs but also in the real estate aspect helping them decide what their current home may be worth and whether the move to remodel or sell and build new is in their better interests. "I am a firm believer in making informed decisions and gathering information. I have found that my clients truly do appreciate the extra resources that I can offer."
In 2006, Mark and his family built their dream home in the beautiful north woods of Deer River, MN and this year decided to make the move north bringing with them Mark's working knowledge and expertise in quality workmanship, attention to detail and energy efficient building practices.
In the fall of 2008 Mark Ledin Construction, LLC was formed. Together with his wife, Tammy, they hope to build their business in the area and help those who seek out their services build their dreams as well. At this time, Mark has crews ready and available to start work in the Twin Cities and the Grand Rapids area. "I have every confidence in my sub-contractors. We have been together for so many years that they know what I expect of them....and vice versa."
